The lora file seems to be damaged/incomplete. When I use it in comfyui, there are a lot of string like these in the console:

lora key not loaded: lora_te_layers_0_mlp_down_proj.lora_up.weight
lora key not loaded: lora_te_layers_0_mlp_gate_proj.alpha
lora key not loaded: lora_te_layers_0_mlp_gate_proj.lora_down.weight
lora key not loaded: lora_te_layers_0_mlp_gate_proj.lora_up.weight

From my understanding of what is happening, this means the workflow you are using is trying to pull parts of the lora that are not there. This shouldn't be an issue with the lora itself and is probably caused by your workflow or ComfyUI not being fully updated. I cannot replicate the issue. If the lora is still working, this shouldn't be an issue.
@guy90 I used to get this problem on my other unreleased LoRAs while loading them. Solved it by using network_train_unet_only = true. But yea, the LoRA still works regardless.
