She is voiced by Roxana Ortega (most recent) and previously by Vicki Lewis / Grey DeLisle.Carmelita is portrayed as a tough, no-nonsense law enforcement officer with a strong sense of justice. She relentlessly pursues the Cooper Gang (especially Sly, with whom she shares a passionate love-hate/flirty relationship). She is confident, hot-tempered, skilled with her shock pistol, and highly competent in combat.The model locks in her iconic canonical design across the series (primarily Sly 2, Sly 3, and Thieves in Time):
