And I'd figure the average person probably doesn't know about, or think much about a.i, I figure Civitai is kind of, honestly, unknown. I kind of found out about it by trying to find a way to make a.i porn for a game I was working on at the time. I don't think we really market ourselves? At least I never saw any advertisements for us, though I'm on several layers of adblockers and privacy tools. So maybe we do? I've never once heard Civitai talked about in any youtube video I've ever watched about a.i, and artists complaints and opinions on a.i and the ethics of it all. People just talk about Grok and Chatgpt, hell, even the 'taylor swift a.i porn' fiasco, I don't think was even about us? I know we did have models of real people at a time, but I think people generally just know about those two. I don't think really if you're into tech you've even heard of the fake bullshit news of Claude and it's developers compulsive lying that it can do things it can't.

So I dunno, I don't think anyone really thinks about it, but if I had to guess, I'd figure overall general perception is negative, largely due to scams and youtube shorts that are basically pregnant a.i elsa farting on spiderman. Not entirely sure why the front of a.i and stuff that people are aware of -universally- being negative things.
