A VrChat model?

With character loras, it often helps to get about 30 images with plenty of variety (locations, poses, clothing if applicable, etc). The crop tool can help you out if you can't get more photos.

I did a lora with a VrChat model in the past. My settings are in the "optional files" section, and you can use it as reference. You may do better if you get higher quality images.

You can wash the 3d effect out by just tagging every image as "3d", that way the 3d effect does not show up when you don't use that tag in generations.

Also, I don't know how you are tagging these, so don't forget to stick to danbooru tags, and tag every variable element of an image (pose, location, composition, etc)
