I like the 2005 version of Supergirl best (that storyline was even adapted for the animated film Superman/Batman: Apocalypse) – I really like it.
Mind you, this applies to most superheroine designs, as they did in the noughties; for a while, the creators managed to strike a balance, making the costumes both eye-catching and yet not veering completely into “Playboy” territory, as in the 90s. But then the designs started becoming more and more covered up (to the point of sacrilege, like dressing Supergirl in a closed-off jumpsuit, thereby depriving Metropolis’s residents of lovely views of the sky)
