The model I think is fairly self explanatory.

The whole liver king debacle, is a strange one for sure. I genuinely don't know why people thinking eating testicles is going to give them a testosterone boost, or why people would pay $50 USD for pills of beef liver, a days worth of liver at the supermarket is like $10 CAD, which is probably about $6-7 USD, though I prefer beef or chicken hearts. You need to be careful with eating too much beef heart though because it's really, really fatty.

I'm not sure if there's any other downsides, I personally like how beef heart tastes airfried after coating it in a bit of melted garlic butter.

You're not really going to get anything from basically dehydrated ground up protein, I'd figure you'd want the oils and goopy flesh, not dried mystery powder that you can't even confirm is even liver. Stop taking short cuts. You might actually like it, like livers of various animals like chicken or beef taste pretty good when you pan-fry them in onions and garlic with some cooking oil, though I generally use butter.

I used to eat deepfried chicken hearts that I'd cook while I played Warhammer 40k Eternal Crusade and would eat one every time I killed an enemy, they're fairly small so you could probably eat 10-30 for a meal I'd say, that's generally a match worth I'd say.

Kind of a fun, funny way to have dinner. I usually played as the orks, though I wouldn't say I was particularly good at it. I was better at world of warcraft battlegrounds where I did the same thing, I'm not too good at shooters, but WoW is pretty simple because of addons.
