The model I think is fairly self explanatory.

Had a curious appointment with my Psych, I do know some terms fairly well and use them in interesting ways he finds funny, like saying how I got pavlov's dogged into feeling like I'm with friends when I drink because I always drank while around friends.

But some terms I guess I don't understand properly and use wrong, like saying I'm anti-social, I'm not actually anti-social, I just have social anxiety, anti-social means more like, negative problems like sociopathy, so I used that wrong, and also calling myself a functional alcoholic, that's a lot more negative than what I meant that I drink often. Kind of funny, no wonder everyone was so worried about me because I used powerful terms to describe fairly normal behavior.

Kind of like how people say they hate people, when it's more so a minor thing like just simply disliking people, not many people actually hate others. That's more rare.

The doctor said I was making progress though, in getting forward in life, and moving in a positive direction. My mom told me, because she's a part of the appointments now because they feel like that helps, my mom told me I made the doctor smile a lot, though I couldn't see because I had my glasses of and didn't have contacts in; Kind of a vain thing that I think I look better without glasses, so when I'm around people I'm moreso willing to be blind than look 'bad'.

I would get contacts, but the local superstore closed their eye clinic at some point, so I'm not sure if I can go to my old eye doctor from a decade ago to get them, or what I'm supposed to do about that, not entirely concerned, I do take my glasses with me everywhere I go, but I don't often wear them.
