@MetalchromeX ah, okay, but the clue can be as you says you've disabled NSFW on-site generations, I don't know what you mean under "disabled" it, but in any case if another loras are working - its authors "disable" it somehow differently or even don't need to "disable" it at all, in any case Civit automatic checker have no limits and generates any content at all including NSFW before model uploading, so it all safe in any case if it uploaded, I specialize on hyperrealistic anime characters generation as you can see in my profile and almost all my generations are manually checking within a day and sometimes more because of it's so realistic for Civit, so I know what I'm saying. But I don't meddle in other people's business, like don't ask people why did they need to "disable" NSFW generation in their models :D

@MetalchromeX but as for 'Minor' tag - all my generations have it too, so nobody see it whose browsing level staring from R (I think anybody's browsing level starting from R which is sad). I hate new Civitai rules about it.
