He is a huge spoiled brat who thinks that he should get anything that he wants and cries whenever he doesn’t get his way. He is rude to both Oggy and Piya and likes to make them get into trouble with his uncle. He is also rude to his uncle Bob as well, like in Mischief Mishaps when he gets tired of playing with him that Bob gets emotionally hurt, ouch.
