animazingXL Turbo
A temporary solution for the current Civitai generation environment.
As many users have noticed, Civitai currently limits onsite generation to only three LoRAs at a time.
While this makes generation simpler, it also means many of the utility LoRAs that creators commonly rely on now compete directly with style and character LoRAs for those limited slots.
To address this issue, I created animazingXL Turbo.
This model is based on the outstanding animazingXL by mystifying and merges several utility and quality-enhancing LoRAs directly into the checkpoint.
Included Merges
DMD2 Speed LoRA
Improves generation efficiency and overall responsiveness.
SPO-SDXL 4K
Enhances image sharpness and high-resolution detail retention.
Stabilizer
Improves generation consistency and prompt reliability.
Detail Tweaker XL
Enhances small details such as hair strands, eyes, clothing textures, and fine decorations.
Why This Model Exists
My normal workflow frequently used multiple utility LoRAs simultaneously.
However, under the current three-LoRA limitation, those utility LoRAs can quickly consume all available slots before any style or character LoRAs are added.
animazingXL Turbo aims to solve that problem by baking several commonly-used utility LoRAs directly into the model.
This allows creators to dedicate their available LoRA slots to creativity rather than infrastructure.

Recommended Settings
AnimazingXL Turbo was designed primarily for Civitai onsite generation.
For best results, I recommend:
CFG Scale: 1.5
Steps: 10
These settings were used throughout development and provide an excellent balance between speed, prompt adherence, and image quality.
While the model can certainly be used with higher step counts and different CFG values, its primary goal is to deliver strong results within the fast-generation workflow commonly used on Civitai.
Suggested Starting Point
Sampler: Euler
Steps: 10
CFG: 1.5
Resolution: 1024×1024
From there, feel free to experiment based on your preferred style and LoRA combinations.
Temporary Project Notice
This model was created specifically as a workaround for the current onsite-generation limitations on Civitai.
If Civitai restores more flexible LoRA usage in the future, I may discontinue this model or stop maintaining future updates.
For now, I hope it helps creators get the most out of their available LoRA slots.
