The art style is pretty strong, so keep the lora at 0.8 for better eye and teeth generating. You can lower it to 0.7 too if you want the male's head to be shown a little. Hi-res fix is also extremely recommended. For best result while keeping the art style of the character intact, use hi-res fix while removing the lora itself after you've generated the image. There may be some eye generating issues with the lora, but everything else works good from my testing. I'm sure you can change the background and change the pose a bit, but I'm too lazy to test it out.
