Itsuki is one of the main heroines of this 2009 science-fiction adventure series produced by Sunrise. A highly skilled officer working for the Inter Orbital Police (ICP), she is a disciplined and capable investigator tasked with tracking down criminal activity across the orbital colonies. Unlike the more impulsive and carefree members of the cast, Itsuki approaches problems with professionalism and determination, often acting as the reliable and level-headed counterpart during the group's increasingly bizarre encounters.

Although she initially comes across as stoic and emotionally reserved, Itsuki gradually reveals a compassionate and deeply loyal side. She takes her responsibilities seriously and possesses a strong sense of justice, but she is also capable of empathy and self-reflection, especially as the events of the story challenge her beliefs and force her to cooperate with unlikely allies. Her interactions with Akiha and the rest of the cast help balance the series’ mix of comedy, space opera, and action, making her one of the most memorable characters in the show.

Visually, Itsuki has a very distinctive design that perfectly captures the late-2000s Sunrise science-fiction aesthetic. She is recognizable by her medium-length green hair styled in a layered bob with long face-framing side locks, striking violet eyes, and the subtle lavender markings beneath them.
