Arcane Ritual (Anima)
So I just wanted to create a checkpoint that blends anime and western comic styles — there aren't many options out there so I made my own!
This is a happy accident that turned into something I'm really proud of. A merge of CAT ANIMA Citron and Mature Ritual with my own Alfonso Azpiri style LoRA baked right in (i still need to upload it sorry!) Massive props to both creators for their incredible work as the foundation! This one is different because it's less azpiri heavy so there's more freedom.
I wanted something retro mixed with modern — bold linework, rich warm skin tones, dramatic lighting, and that vintage heavy metal magazine energy you just don't see enough of.

Uses standard Anima text encoder and VAE — drop it in like any other Anima checkpoint

What's the difference with the previous GildedRitual?
This one is a softer mix really and I just wanted to give people the option that if they wanted something less "stylized" and Azpiri heavy. The linework is a little softer and not as "comic book" but still has that quality without being too much into it. I just happened upon it by accident while testing a LoRA I made and was like "oh this is nice!" and tested against my other checkpoint and felt this one had more freedom.
What I mean by freedom because the Azpiri influence is lighter, your own LoRAs and prompts have more room to come through. It doesn't push everything toward that bold exotic comic aesthetic as strongly, so it feels more versatile across different characters and scenes. GildedRitual is more opinionated, this one is more of a blank canvas with just a hint of that flavoring.
So I just felt I should share that's all!

oh wow I'm glad you like it. I'm not sure yet because the checkpoints I merged from are anima also. They might have illustrious versions but they won't be the exact same. I Can try perhaps!
