Who is Kaelra?

Kaelra is a spec-ops elf who walked out of a classified operation with a cross-shaped scar on her cheek and two eyes that shouldn't match — and yet somehow do. Nobody talks about where she came from. Nobody asks twice.

She belongs to a world where elven bloodlines ended up folded into military structures centuries ago, their long lives and sharper senses turned into assets for high-risk operations. Kaelra made it further up that ladder than most. Whether that was a good thing is a matter of perspective.

Off-duty, she's quieter than you'd expect — ramen bars, rain, a book she's already read. On the job, she moves like someone who has run these calculations a hundred times and stopped feeling nervous about the answer.

The mismatched eyes are real. They were always there. Nobody's ever gotten a straight story about the scar.

Appearance

Kaelra is built like someone who takes the physical requirements of her job seriously — athletic and defined, with the kind of posture that doesn't fully relax even when she's trying. Platinum blonde hair, cut short in a clean bob with blunt-cut bangs. Pointed elf ears. A faint cross-shaped scar on her cheek.
