So, can someone explain to me a bit what is going on with the whole videogame outrage over the new god of war videogame that got announced. I saw one guy get extremely angry that they're getting rid of masculinity and replacing it with femininity, and that the whole thing should be a 'do laundry' simulator; Or some other comments that I can't really parse. Is telling your male audience that this female video-game character should be making you a sandwich like, an insult to the character? Or a joke?

I genuinely don't get it, because I sort of felt I've been kind of crazy the last week, but not like that.

At least there's a method to my madness, but I don't understand what these people are. It's hard to look at their faces on the screen as they talk because it's just so embarrassing to see that these guys are generally all worse than anyone I've ever met. I've had my problems with people here and there, and have met tremendous losers who've been abusive boyfriends to their girlfriends.

But like, I don't think I've ever met anyone who hated women to the point that you could see that there was no logic to it, no underlying cause, no fragment of justification.

You're going to tell me that Norse Mythology, which has Valkyries.

You know what I'm not even going to bother, I don't think they would care. I figure it's all they have in life, just anger at video-games and women either because it makes them money, well, any other logical end point conclusion would probably not be for them.

Their fans though, the people who watch this sort of content of just being angry at everything and how there's a war against men and masculinity, I figure you can't directly observe those in the flock, but they'll get radicalized.

I think the red-pill alpha male incel stuff is finally dead now, for the most part, but I wonder why is videogames so tied up in this in it's small niche of this, it's hard to call it political content because I don't think there's really any ideas attached to it. Just emotions.
