How many steps do we need ? i can tell that 25 is not enough to generate a picture, and what scheduler is needed? I don't have the same result as you unfortunately.
14 steps is usually enough. Just make sure your prompt is detailed enough, ideogram in general likes detailed prompts. I just use the default workflow with a lora loader, heres a pastebin: https://pastebin.com/6PjQqN8S
