Special Notes: As I am still pretty new at this I have yet to really nail down the "right" settings so this one may be a bit over trained. Try it at 0.7 at first, but if you're in Comfy you can try 0.5 model strength, and 1 clip strength seems to play nice with very simple prompts and no quality terms. I seemed to done and goofed as it difficult for her to fully close her mouth.

ComfyUI/Facedetailer: use DPM++2M/Karras with a Seed of 33, set to fixed to get closer to Nieve's face. Euler/Normal is good too denoise of 0.01-0.5
Auto1111/ADetailer: I don't have a seed for you as with Auto1111 I know the noise Seed is generated differently than ComfyUI.
