A character LoRA for フクロウ from One Piece. An agent of World Govt. secret service CP9 first appearing in episode 264 "Operation Disembarkation Commences! The Straw Hat Crew Rushes In!" of the anime series. He is also called "the Silent", though in reality he can't keep a secret and thus has a zipper accross his mouth. Trained with screencaps and additional artwork. Please replace * by "k" for the trigger word. This was a request by @gdrproplayer96.
