⚔️ Saeko Busujima (Highschool of the Dead) | Anima 2B LoRA

This is my very first LoRA! I created it because the baseline Anima model just couldn't capture Saeko's iconic look out of the box. Since I wanted better results, I decided to make my own LoRA—and it turned out to be surprisingly quick and easy. In my personal test runs, it works quite well. Have fun with it! 🎮✨

📦 Dataset & Training Details (No Lies Edition)

Keeping it 100% transparent about the dataset quality so you know exactly what to expect:

• Images: ~33 to 35 images.

• Quality: Varied! The dataset contains a mix of smaller, slightly grainy screenshots straight from the anime (to capture her true original style), alongside high-quality HD wallpapers and fanart .

• Tagging: Pre-processed and auto-tagged using Kohya_ss (WD14).

• Tools Used: Trained using the Anima-Standalone-Trainer on an RTX 3080 10GB, with a little help from YouTube guides and Gemini AI.

🚀 How to Use & Prompting

To bring Saeko into your generations, use these baseline settings:

• Trigger Words: Saeko Busujima, HOTD

• Recommended Strength: 0.75 - 0.85 (Start here to keep the clean Anima aesthetic without color burning, or push it to 1.0 if you want her features to pop more).
