I always wanted to make more One Piece chars, so finally i made one. Just cuz i really dig the Outfit. The red/white arm badge/stripe thing is/was a hassle. delete the tag if it interferes with the other arm thingies ;). I know a lot of tags for a "simple" outfit... Im ashamed i added the "Nico Robin", but just so the Nose like the original. It works fin without the tag, too. the nose just isnt as blocky ;).
