Sorry! I personally use and test my loras via Forge Neo, so I wouldn't have found those errors. could you maybe show me your prompt or img parameters?
Edit: I have tested the on site generation, and it seems to be working fine, Are you sure you are using the trigger words? Also as a note, using quality tags dows help the clarity.
