Im not gonna lie, the more I try training with these new settings, the more dissatisfied I am with the results since they now require more strength than previously just to even see a hint of what I was trying to go for. Maybe im wrong, but who knows? I don't think im gonna have much more time to do stuff like this anyway if the rest of this month holds promise.
