Wrap-around head tape gag with (hopefully) optional skin indentation for all your kinky needs.

Sadly, for now only grey tape color works accurately.

Optionally, use "tape gag indentation" for facial skin indentation, and if you want the ears to be pulled by tape as well, use "tape over ears". If your character has long hair or hair that goes past the neck, use "tape wrapped over hair" tag.
Stuffed tape gag is unreliable, but sometimes works if you use weights "(stuffed tape gag, stuffed under tape:1.5)". If you want the tape gag to be bigger, also use weights "(huge gag:1.5)".
