SexGod PinkCherry v1.6 (see updates below)
** July 26 2026: Uploading GGUF low vram models on the v1.7 alpha model for those that want/need lower vram options for their cards
** July 25 2026: I have posted my alpha version 1.7 model, so those that want to beta test while I continue to train and improve it I would appreciate the feedback as its hard to test and find gaps or problems on my own (I can only watch so much porn haha). audio sync should be fine in v1.7 alpha. the workflow im using is saved in each video, feel free to drag into comfyUI.. FYI im just working on training a distil model for this base to help with prompt adherence and video quality, ill let you know when I have something!
**July 22 2026: bf16, fp8 and int8 convrot versions for v1.6 are all under the same v1.6 dev model download, select the model from the dropdown
LTX 2.3 NSFW Checkpoint I2V/T2V
** Updated workflow and distil lora. The previous distil lora I was using caused audio and video issues and less fluid looking motion (artifacts etc). See below for the updated workflow (or use your own), use the corrected distil lora below please.
Model type: checkpoint
Training: full fine tune LTX 2.3 dev base
** July 25 2026 Distil Lora (better audio/motion): https://huggingface.co/Lightricks/LTX-2.3/blob/main/ltx-2.3-22b-distilled-lora-384-1.1.safetensors
Heretic Gemma3-12B: https://huggingface.co/DreamFast/gemma-3-12b-it-heretic-v2/tree/main/comfyui
**July 14 2026 Updated Workflow v1.5
(modified Rune workflow gives much better quality video/audio outputs and has a fixed distil lora than previous workflow):
Heretic Gemm3-12B is a uncensored version of the regular LTX 2.3 text encoder, much better for being naughty!
Official distil lora is used designed for the base model LTX 2.3
most LTX 2.3 based work flows work normally with these models, dont have to use mine version (I made changes to my workflow to improve quality though).
Supports: I2V, T2V, V2V
Workflow available at:
https://huggingface.co/SexGod1979/PinkCherry_NSFW_LTX23/tree/main
I would try the official LTX 2.3 384 distil lora first (try different distil loras to compare motion/audio):
https://huggingface.co/Lightricks/LTX-2.3/blob/main/ltx-2.3-22b-distilled-lora-384.safetensors
ill continue to work on this model and add more niche content and styles/actions (I am taking requests!). Will continue training this model with more style/actions, let me know what you want!
version 1.6 Training update;
The v1.5 training dataset is large, things I have tested so far:
blowjobs/pussy licking/oral sex/tongue
double blowjobs (two women)
POV style, high angle, low angle
cock/ball licking/sucking etc
doggystyle/cowgirl/reverse cowgirl/anal/missionary/spooning etc
double penetration/group sex
threesomes
lesbian/kissing/making out
breast touching/squeezing
hairy/shaved/trimmed/bushy pussy
spreading pussy, fingering
wet stuff
clothing related actions
handjobs/stroking
solo/mutual masturbation/rubbing
breast play
moaning/heavy breathing/sexy talk
Stuff I have not tested yet but the dataset contains, but may not have enough representation to swing the model towards those learned actions yet:
dildos (its probably ok but havent tested yet)
facials
ass licking
fisting
fingers in ass
pegging/strap on play
cum/creampies
bdsm
ass slapping
cuckold
strong orgasm response
theres a lot more stuff in the training data

Fantastic checkpoint for LTX2.3, well done! Excited to keep testing more!
thank you. I am having too much fun with this thing
I got v1.0 working great under the comfy LTX template, but your workflow left me with a sea of errors I couldn't fix. Unfortunately, 1.3 must have changed parameters significantly, as the results are just a hot mess of pixels. It's a real shame you have to be a veteran of comfui nodes to make it in your workflow. I ran out of patience, and the help is limited. I'll have to go back to Eros with a heavy heart.
which one bf16 or fp8 model? what was the error on comfyUI console?
oh I see the errors in the fp8 version ill have to replace it, oops
@sexgod1979 Ah, man, I appreciate the reply and help for the novices. v1 was awesome, and I look forward to trying the update. The basic LTX template suited my needs just fine. I would love to get your new workflow working, but I just don't have the knowledge for the final missing nodes:
comfyui_custom_switch (1)
comfyui_layerstyle (7)
comfyui-various (5)
Let me know if there is anything I can do, but my knowledge is sadly lacking.
@fullerphoto872 I just uploaded a fixed fp8 model, sorry abotut that. The errors you got in the the standard LTX 2.3 workflow were entirely because the model I uploaded had errors in it not anything you were doing (poor quality control from the SexGod). Yes, the model should work fine with almost any LTX 2.3 based workflow. THe workflow I posted you are correct that I had to use git clone commands to install those nodes you mentioned. IN your custom_nodes folder run these commands:
git clone https://github.com/tritant/ComfyUI_Custom_Switch.git git clone https://github.com/chflame163/ComfyUI_LayerStyle.git git clone https://github.com/jamesWalker55/comfyui-various.git
you will need to pip -m install requirements.txt for each of them too
@sexgod1979 Ahh, thanks SG, I'm downloading again now. I'll try your new custom workflow again once I figure out the pip commands. I'll have to get ChatGPT to help me with that lol. I'm glad I could contribute in some small way. If there is a way to get you a coffee, let me know! edit: I just see the updated help files with git nodes.. legend
@sexgod1979 v1.3 isn't performing nearly as well as v1 for me. The audio is better, but NSFW content isn't nearly as animated (in terms of movement) as before. Also getting lots of weird morphing with the genitalia. When I go back to v1, the results are consistently better. I wouldn't have thought it was the workflow, who knows.
@fullerphoto872 Okay. could you share what model bf16, fp8 etc and workflow yoire using, prompts etc so I can test. or share that with me via chat. You could be absolutely right though that v1.3 is a step back from v1.0. ill look into it and try to figure out where I went wrong so I can fix it in the next release!
The updated v1.3 FP8 fails to download on every attempt tonight. It just gets to 100% and gives me 'file wasn't available on site':
update: got Gemini to show me how to use xet. downloading now after the browser kept failing all night.
hrmm okay, ill have to test that, but I also posted it on huggingface
@sexgod1979 The direct download link also failed for me in HF, so I went with the XET link instead. It's all good, I have it now and look forward to testing it.
if you use Cloudflare or a vpn, disable that. that was causing my civit downloads to fail
Can you make a int8 version please ?
I used the Comfyui-INT8-Fast nodes to convert the bf16 file myself and it works fine. I know comfyui has native support now, but I get much faster results using his load int8 node somehow. Hope the node author doesn't abandon his work just because comfyui implemented poorer native support.
I added a convrot int8 version, see if it works ok. I tested it briefly
This needs a INT8 convrot conversion + GGUF of that conversion so it can fit on a 16gb gpu if thats possible
Convrot int8 was just released half an hour ago, and gguf is a completely separate quantisation technique from the base model (bf16).
You might be able to use multigpu (https://github.com/pollockjj/ComfyUI-MultiGPU) on a gguf quant with distorch and vram capping of the unet, but problem is the clip; I haven't found any gguf of the embeddings and its dual clip node doesn't seem to work with gguf + non gguf.
Or this workflow. https://civitai.red/models/2443867/ltx-23-22b-gguf-workflows-12gb-vram?modelVersionId=2879736
yeah im not sure how to convert the bf16 to GGUF at the moment, if someone knows how to do it, and wants to send me the resultant file over chat ill post it
@sexgod1979 I know two repos, city's and ferretduck's. City's is well established but long unmaintained, dunno if ltx works correctly.
https://github.com/city96/ComfyUI-GGUF/tree/main/tools
https://github.com/qskousen/ggufy (https://civitai.red/user/ferretduck)
There's also the grandparent llama.cpp, never tried it directly.
There is also this space, looks super simple but seems to not work on your repo. Probably only intended for llms. Suspect llama.cpp might give the same result.

Is this uncensored model (means it dont need / less need an additional lora) ??
yes nsfw uncensored, does not need external lora but you can use loras to enhance it. I use an uncensored gemma text encoder as well
For anyone using the workflow he provided... Do yourself a massive favor and swap a regular VAE node in for the tiled one if you have enough VRAM. It makes the generations drastically better.
regular VAE decode hrmm, ok ill give it a whirl :)
I didn't even realize that I could do this on my 4090. Been running all LTX 2.3 generations with tiled VAE. Switched it out and it worked fine. Quality is better, you are right! Thanks!
@sugarfreewafers Which VAE should be used? Please provide the link so I can download it.
@sexgod1979 Which VAE should be used? Please provide the link so I can download it.
@animart920 it's a native comfyui node (already included), you don't download anything. Just search for "VAE Decode" inside comfyui.
@animart920 - Use the VAE Decode comfy node instead of the VAE Decode (Tiled) node. Use LoadCheckpoint, load the sexgod-pinkcherry-v15*.safetensors checkpoint, and plumb the VAE from there to the VAE Decode node.
@sugarfreewafers ok... tanks
Amazing checkpoint! Krea2 images + LTX2.3 I2V using your fp16 checkpoint + ablated text encoder is fantastic! I don't need any other loras to create some really good, really spicy stuff now!
Thank you and looking forward to more from you!
thank you. I haven't had time yet to get into Krea2, ive heard its amazing though. Next on my list of naughty things to 'try'
@sexgod1979 I've gone through most other image models and krea2 works fantastic. Prompt adherence, trainability, high def gens, and familiarity with most anatomy out of the box. SNOFS is my go to lora for krea. Use krea2_raw bf16 and a turbo lora if you can.
@sugarfreewafers sweet, cannot wait to try it out, thanks! maybe ill animate a few of the results haha
@sexgod1979 Would you consider training a similar lora for Krea2? Lots of good stuff in this one you've trained for LTX and based on my experience, LTX is much more difficult to train. Of course, I'm sure one difficulty is that your training data is likely mostly videos, not images...
Thanks man, much appreciated
you're very welcome, enjoy!
thanks a lot ! ltx is such a finicky model.
thank you, enjoy!
Bro, I don't want to compare your checkpoints and mr. Xin anymore, because you're all doing a good job. In my opinion, yours is perfect. Keep up the good work.
