I highly recommend using FreeU v2. Just install and enable using "SD1.4 Recommendations".

Tested with MeinaMix v10 and pikasNewGeneration v2, as well as AnyLoRA, darkSushiMix Colorful, and Counterfeit v2.5. Recommended weight is around 1.0 when using FreeU and around 0.7 otherwise. Using it at 1.0 without FreeU may cause distortions.

I'd also recommend adding in: caustics, simple background to better match the style. This LoRA was trained with offset noise at 0.05, so you can get some nice darks and good contrast. You can try film grain, depth of field, but it may produce additional side effects.

To get closer to the Copics-like style the sample images use a simple trick: First, generate an image with a high-res pass 5 steps at 0.35 strength. Then, run a 2nd highres pass of 5 steps at 0.2-0.25 strength using the same seed. This will help to flatten the shading and thicken the outlines.
