Adds a spiral to a character's finger.

Well, it's an attempt anyway, since most of the time it adds two circles instead of a spiral.

Noticed this wasn't a thing you could prompt for (at least not on WAI) when I making showcase pictures for the Akari Yuuki lora and the spiral didn't appear.
