It's cuz it was set to "intended for Mature themes".
It happened to me too on a separate account. To not have this happen, I suggest not selecting ANY of the tick boxes for what a model is intended for, that way it's visible on both regular and Red civ and if a mod thinks it's an underaged character, they'll just force lock the model into SFW only option at worst instead of just deleting it.
Also could you repost that Juniper one and just set it to minor?
She's probably your favorite diva character.
