RED HULK: A WINNOUGAN PRODUCTION

In the year 2047, after decades of war against rogue artificial intelligences and extradimensional threats, the world's greatest super-soldier experiment failed catastrophically. During the Siege of Titan Station, General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross unleashed an experimental gamma reactor designed to create the ultimate battlefield commander.

The reactor exploded.

Ross survived.

But what emerged from the crater was no longer merely the Red Hulk.

His right arm had been completely vaporized. To save him, scientists of the clandestine Project RIPPER fused his remaining nervous system with an experimental quantum-cybernetic combat limb powered by a forbidden AI core known as GOLIATH-9.

The result was CYBER RED HULK.
