[Workflow] Photo Restore Qwen Image Edit 2511 - v1.0
    Preview 135602433

    Restore an old, damaged photo

Open this ready-to-run workflow on Floyo. No install needed.

    HOW IT WORKS

Step 1. Upload your scan. The photo you want to restore. A higher-resolution scan gives the model more detail to work with. Works great with: faded prints · scratches and tears · creases · black-and-white photos

Step 2. Adjust the prompt (optional). The restoration prompt is pre-loaded and covers most damage. Trim or extend it for your photo, like keeping it black and white or reconstructing large missing areas.

Step 3. Hit run and download. You get back a cleaned, sharpened image in a few steps. Preview it in the workflow, then download. Ready for: Photoshop · Lightroom · print · any editor

First time? Leave every setting as-is. The defaults (Lightning LoRA · 4 steps · CFG 1) are the right starting point for almost every photo.

    Overview

This workflow restores damaged photographs using Qwen Image Edit 2511, an open-weight editing model from Alibaba's Qwen team. Qwen Image Edit 2511 is a 20-billion parameter model, built to keep faces recognizable through an edit. It removes scratches, dust, grain, and tears while holding the subject's identity steady, so old photos come back cleaned without changing what someone looked like. A Lightning LoRA cuts the restore to 4 steps, so you upload a scan, hit run, and get back a restored image in about 36 seconds. No setup, no nodes to wire.

Who it's for: creators, archivists, and photo studios who want Qwen 2511 restoration in ComfyUI without setting up the model and nodes from scratch. Not for: a guaranteed one-click fix. Heavily damaged photos still need prompt tweaks and light touch-up by hand.

    Why Floyo

Floyo is the only ComfyUI platform built for teams in the browser.

    • Made for teams. Share run history, files, and models across your whole team. A teammate opens your exact run and picks up where you left off. No file handoffs, no version confusion.

    • No install, no setup. Every workflow and model is preloaded. Open it in your browser and run. Nothing to download, nothing to configure.

    • No local hardware. Workflows run on H100 NVL GPUs, so heavy models run fast without a card of your own. Your VRAM stops being the limit.

    • Open and closed models in one place. Floyo runs open-source workflows and API models side by side.

How to use (in your browser on Floyo)

    1. Upload your scanned photo. Higher-resolution scans give the model more to work with.

    2. Keep the default restoration prompt, or adjust it for the damage (for example, keep it black and white, or reconstruct large missing areas). Run it.

    3. Download the restored image, ready for finishing in any editor.

Expectations The models are preloaded, so there is nothing to download. Running it needs a free Floyo account. Each restore comes back in about 36 seconds. One limit to know: the output is a strong base restoration, not always a final one, so heavily damaged photos may need light touch-up by hand afterward. Qwen 2511 is Apache 2.0 licensed, so your restorations are yours to use commercially.

    Use Cases

Family & Heirloom Photos. Repair creased, faded, or torn prints while keeping faces recognizable.

Black-and-White to Color. Add natural color to old grayscale photos, or keep them black and white.

Archives & Digitization. Clean up scanned collections for museums, libraries, or personal archives.

Studios & Restoration Services. Handle the heavy repair fast, then finish the tricky spots by hand.
