The method I used to eventually land on this prompt was by essentially arguing with grok. I would have it generate 10 pics for me. I'd then pick every number I thought was closest to what I wanted, and then I would have it move forward with 10 more. This process was repeated until I started getting the exact images I wanted, and finally asked Grok for the prompts they used. Pretty expensive process of iteration, but it does give good results. The images from that adventure are what I used to train this.

I would recommend taking the example prompt, put it in a LLM and ask the LLM to create similar prompts but with whatever it is that you want to change. maybe you want a 350 pound Nigerian woman. (Don't we all, it probably wont actually do this it was only trained on whites. my bad brother)
