Very well made LoRA produces Monet's style consistently. Keep it within the recommended 0.6 to 0.8 strength. As you might expect, it works best with subjects consistent with Monet's actual work: landscapes, outdoor scenes, water lilies, poplar trees. I couldn't get a convincing haystack. It worked with every checkpoint I tried. Five stars.
