HMCockFace renders a hard cock resting on / rubbed against a woman's face — on the cheek, nose, lips, forehead or jaw (the "cock on her face" look, NOT a blowjob). It was captioned in a plain, casual, blunt style focused only on the cock, where it touches her face, and the woman, so prompts work best when you mirror that:

HMCockFace, <shot/angle> of <subject>, a hard cock <resting on / pressed against> her <cheek/nose/lips/forehead>, she is <expression>[, some cum on her face]

Example:

HMCockFace, HMCum, POV close-up of a slim redhead, a hard cock pressed against her cheek with the shaft resting flat on her face. Thick white cum covering her cheeks and dripping down her chin. She is looking up at the camera smiling with her tongue out. Soft morning window light.
