This LORA seems undercooked. Compared to the Yuki Sonoda megatokyo LORA you put out. This looks more generic and doesn't replicate the Megatokyo style as good.
Yeah, I'm not sure why that is.
I tried an image in combination with my Megatokyo Style LoRA and it seems to handle her much better.

@dead_end23847 Yeah, tested that myself. Combing the style LORA with the character LORA helps get it closer at least.
