ok, so I'm stretching a definition here. saving under the alias name, and thinking I can class this as her "character" justifying this as not depicting the real person.
Its the long way around, but I want some inversions not attacked by ToS and "characters" of this endowment are hard to generate from without offending the ToS.

our guidelines for the depiction of real persons apply to all depictions of the likeness of a person, no matter if it is in the context of the person itself or any characters or roles they might impersonate e.g. as part of their occupation :)
Additionally, while a person may portray themselves in a particular way, it is through their own intent that they are portrayed in such a manner. That in no way gives someone a right to portray them in such ways. A person chooses to display parts of their body - generating such is not their choice.
