You can try to add prompt words describing the lower body. I took a screenshot of the training and the lower body may be affected due to the subtitles. Can you post the picture you generated in the gallery so I can see the problem?
Look at my pictures, the lower body is also there. Try adding prompt words such as shoes, feet, and thighs.
