    PLEASE READ THE VERSION NOTES
    What this is?

A TURBO checkpoint merged for the perfect balance between three things: NSFW capability, prompt adherence, and a "smartphone-like" look. The goal is a balanced crisp, casual image. This is the goal, and this checkpoint is the starting point; expect many updates with high frequency.

    About FinePorn

This is an approachable but functional starting point. To hit the target, I baked in LoRAs with balanced weights + INT8 and CONVROT to achieve faster speed and good quality, with the plan to scale up future versions by adding new LoRAs, rebalancing weights and hunting for the optimal settings.

    Baked LoRAs Changelog (v4):

All baked LoRAs will credit their creators.

    V1

    • res_2s + beta -> More Quality

    • er_sde + beta -> More Speed

    • CFG: 1

    • Steps: 8–10

    • Workflow v1

    V2

    • SamplerER_SDE + beta -> Fast and Stable

    • CFG: 1

    • Steps: 8–12

    • Workflow v2

    V3

    V4

    📐 Resolutions

I found that scaling resolutions by x1.25 and x1.5 gives better results:

    - 832x1216 standard 1040x1520 optimal 1248x1824 recommended

    - 896x1152 standard 1120x1440 optimal 1344x1728 recommended

    - 1024x1024 standard 1280x1280 optimal 1536x1536 recommended

    💡 Notes

Good results are achievable without a face detailer or extra passes. With the right config, some patience, and a bit of seed luck, you can get great things.

I highly recommend start all your prompts using a phrase like this or similar.

This is a casual, low-quality photo
this is an amateur photo taken from smartphone, casual photo

    ⚠️ Important disclaimer

This is NOT trained by me and is NOT my own work, my job here is using my experience to bake balanced weights of my personal taste to achieve desired images using my prompt style. My only role is to share with you what, to my eye, is the best style and quality achievable with this model. All baked LoRAs credit their creators.

    ABOUT PROMPTS

I'm a bit dissapointed tbh, i've seen a dozen of 'big' creators and model makers just copying my hand-made prompts and spiting them on their showcase photos, with zero quotes to me or at least a small comment or a dm, it feels bad and very lazy coming from them.

so, from now on, complex prompts will be shared only on DMs freely, but i'll keep simpler prompts public.

    Description

    Rebalanced LoRas (v2):

    EXPLANATION:

In this version, I'm aiming for slightly sharper and more modern images to better capture details like fluids, skin, makeup, etc. I've also incorporated some updated versions of the LoRas to keep them current. The addition of some extra LoRas is because I believe they generate more variety (some things might be more difficult to achieve with a prompt, so i encourage you to experiment with different forms of prompts to achieve the same result).

I've removed NSFW v4.1 because I feel it was causing artifacts or grainy distortion in the image. Additionally, its weight are very sensitive and significantly affect the functionality of the other LoRas (I hope to reinstate it soon).

    NEWER IS NOT BETTER

I want to clarify something, this is my subjetive taste, so V2 isn't necessarily better than V1, there could be the case where you prefer to keep on V1 because it fits perfect for you. IMO this V2 feels better so pick your favorite.

    NEW WORKFLOW and NEW SAMPLER

For this version, i'm experimenting with another native sampler (SamplerER_SDE + Beta) that i ''guess'' gives better overall results; while trying to keep my workflow as simple as possible, youn can download the workflow here: SimpleFineWorkflow V2

    or

You can just ignore it and still using euler/beta or er_sde/beta.

    BONUS

For those who (for some reason) were asking for a normal FP8 version, i'm including both files on this version, FP8 and INT8. (i still recommending int8 for x2 speed).

Nothing more to say, i hope this can be useful for you and if you like it, please leave a comment, it's useful for me :) enjoy your weekend.

    Sincerely, Simon.

The only downside to this amazing model is that it results in a Western-looking face due to a lack of training for Asians 😂🤣🤣

looks great.. thanks for all your talents. * I think the names/files of both formats you uploaded (.safesensors) -INT8 and FP8 formats above are the same. They are at least the same name.

Thank friend! actually the names are similar, but FP8 and INT8 are different quantizations, i recommend INT8 for double speed with same quality

For people with the wet / sweat / cum problem this is NOT a problem of this checkpoint, is a Krea 2 problem, I tested most ckpts and LoRA's, looks like it is a internal issue that is tied to LoRA's and all custom checkpoints.

Thank you. I was starting to go mad with every bikini/swimsuit gen covering the subjects in "water" droplets.

Does anyone have any prompt advice to [help] eliminate the beaded water look?

    TypicalLoraLoverJul 15, 2026

omg thank god I'm not the only one with this problem. i still cant get rid of those wet droplets though :( any help would be great!

Does v2 holds better character loraas?, v1 didnt.

    BleedheartJul 19, 2026

yup v1 has a harder time with character loras but it's not as bad...still pretty good

For me v2 is less realistic than v1, v2 produces 3d looking outputs.

In my opinion v1 is better than v2, v1 is real life as fuck and i am getting plastic skin with v2

V2 is not that bad, you can get nice outputs without an elaborated prompt. While V1 is like uncensored krea2. Maybe for V3 you can merge both to see what happens. :]
Anyway, thanks for sharing. keep it up. ♥

Can you reupload your int8 convrot quant for v2 pls, it has txtfusion layers converted in fp8 which make this quant not working in ComfyUI-INT8-Fast custom node (I have to use it because of triton)
Also I suggest not to quantize txtfusion layers at all, like redcraft model maker do

    simonishere

    Jul 14, 2026

expand the download section, there is the int8 under the fp8, you probably downloaded the fp8

    eshi12Jul 14, 2026

@simonishere nope, look at model.diffusion_model.txtfusion.layerwise_blocks.0.attn.gate.weight layer for example in v2 int8 version, it says it has torch.float8_e4m3fn type. And for example model.diffusion_model.blocks.9.mlp.down.weight is proper int8

Alrighty, will give my opnion (keyword mine), this is now by far my favorite model, the prompt adherence is there which is what's important, the quality is also there as the images come sharp by default on 1536p or 2048p.

And it understands the keywords asian, japanese, korean and chinese,, which strangely some Krea 2 models don't support, it also supports gingers and dreadlocks and on top of all that I stacked over 6 LoRA's on top of it and it played nicely with then :)

any chance you can upload an nvfp4 or an fp16 so we can convert ourselves? Some of us struggle with running 12gb files.

Are there any plans to release a raw version so I can use Turbo Lora myself? In my experience, raw + turbo often produces better results than turbo checkpoint. :)
