LoRA weight: 0.7 to 1.0
I run her at 0.85 most of the time. At 1.0 she gets extra dark and moody — fitting.

CFG: 5 to 7
Higher CFG brings out the darker skin tones. Lower makes her softer — not really her vibe.

Sampler: Euler Ancestral or DPM++ 2M Karras
Steps: 25 to 35
Resolution: 832×1216 (2:3 portrait) or 1024×1024

⚠️ KNOWN ISSUES

Nude prompts can leak clothing. Because almost all training images have her in uniform, the LoRA learned a strong outfit association. For nude scenes, add "clothes, clothing, shirt, skirt, jacket, uniform, shorts, underwear" to negative and bump weight to 1.0.

Speech bubble bleed is real — nacchan trained on manga-style images and text bubbles can leak through even with "speech bubble, text" in negative. If they persist, add "manga panel, screentone, comic, speech bubble, text, dialogue, letterbox" for a more aggressive block.

Not all Illustrious merges work equally well. She's solid on base Illustrious models and bismuthIllustrious (my top recommendation — best results at weight 0.7-1.0). Some merges may produce inconsistent colors or weak character recognition. If a merge isn't cooperating, switch to bismuthIllustrious.

At very high weights (above 1.2), the black jacket and shorts can dominate even outfit-swap prompts. Drop to 0.8 for outfit flexibility.

✅ COMPATIBILITY

Tested and consistent on Illustrious XL 2.0. Should work on most Illustrious-based checkpoints (NoobAI, Hassaku, WAI). Not tested on Pony or SD 1.5.

When stacking with other character LoRAs, bump nacchan's weight to 1.0-1.2 — she can get overwhelmed at equal weights.


💡 TIPS
============================================================

She's a tomboy — lean into it. "scowl", "annoyed", "looking away", "hands in pockets" all work naturally. She's not the smiling type. When she does smile, it should feel earned.

The bike shorts under skirt is her signature look. If you swap outfits, add "bike shorts, shorts under skirt" to keep the vibe. It's part of who she is.

For the best dark skin results, pair with checkpoints that handle diverse skin tones well. Some anime checkpoints wash her out.
