In the Fox Kids TV adaptation of Peter Pan from the early 90s, comes the shortest and chubbiest of Peter Pan's Lost Boys Tootles. He is most relatable to Michael Darling.

Tootles can be generated without his black blotch that is painted on his left eye, or his signature panda cap although his brown hair without his panda cap may not exactly be generated right.

He was trained mainly with screencaps from the French DVDs of Fox's Peter Pan & The Pirates as well as my own VHS captures of Hook's Deadly Game Part I and II.
