学習画像がほとんどタコの触手なのでタコ触手が生成されがちです。（私の性癖なので）
Since the training images consist mostly of octopus tentacles, the model tends to generate octopus tentacles (because that happens to be my fetish).

データセットを見直して再学習してみました。多少はスタイルへの影響が少なくなったと思います。
I modified the dataset and retrained the model. I think the impact on the style has been reduced somewhat.

how do you get the faces to come out correctly upside down?
You might be able to adjust it using ADetailer (face_yolov8n.pt). At the very least, the sample images use ADetailer.
hmm interesting everytime i try adetailer it sees the face but then tries to make it right side up which results in a bit of a horror show lol
@bcar179 If you load the sample image into pnginfo and send the prompt to txt2img, will it generate a similar image?
@bcar179 when I do it locally and it comes out bad, I just flip the picture itself (so the face appears upright) then run Adetailer on the face.
ポーズには何も問題はないのですがキャラがこのLORAに引っ張られるのが残念でした、キャラLORAでもなかなか覆せず
スタイルに影響しないようなパラメータ設定をご存知であれば教えてくれませんか？これまでいろいろなコンセプトLoRAを作成してきて、様々なアシスタントAIに聞いたりしているのですが、やはり多少は妥協している部分があるので。
ごめんなさいー、LORA作ったことがないのでわからないです、お役に立てずに。
想像ですけど、LORA作成って学習元の絵に影響されると思うので学習元のキャラの優先度を下げて構図重視とかの作り方があると良さそうですね。
@kanaria0721564 おっしゃる通り、大きく分けてdown,mid,upという階層があり（本当はさらに細分化されますが）、主に構図を司る（であろう）層以外は重みを0にしているんですが、なかなか思うようにいかないのが実情です。現在、データセットを複数のアーティストスタイルで再作成（複数の絵柄を混ぜることで、絵柄は学習対象ではないことを理解させるため）してみて、上手くいくかどうかの検証中です。それでダメなら諦めてください。
@SunAfterRain 期待しております、今のままでも小さめのキャラとか、LORAに合っているキャラもいるので使いたいキャラ次第かもしれません。
@kanaria0721564 LoRAのファイルサイズが大きいものはdimと呼ばれる値が大きいため、LoRAの”自我”が強い傾向にあります。そういうLoRAは影響が少ないかもしれません。あとは本LoRAの重みを0.8くらいにしてもらうとかですね。
