Originally intended for personal use, but might be better to share.

Settings recommendation:

     Weight: 0.7 - 0.9 (1.0 is a bit unstable, but you can try!!!)
     Sampler = Euler (Simple)
     Steps = 30+
     Shift = 1.5+
     CFG = 4
     Negative prompts to add = bad hands, bad fingers, distorted fingers

Note: The LoRA is not proficient with fingers and multiple characters, so please be warned, and sorry for the inconvenience!
