I really enjoyed this art style, basically they had stacked 4-5 other styles on top of each other. So i tried to make a Lora to capture the style it works fairly well and does a more consistent job with eyes. I do see a few things like it enjoys defaulting to tan skin color if not specified and including mascara and things like that. But for the most part it should work I recommend including:
(flat_color), (colorful), (high_contrast), (black_outline),(high-grade_face:1.0) these tags help quite a bit and give the character a better overall look.

defaulting to different skin colors always make sure to include your intended skin color (pale, tan, dark, dragon, red)
sometimes there is a little bit of redness in skin I think it may be from the blush tags.
