Trained with Replicate's fast-flux-trainer on 19 custom images (1024x1024, individually captioned), 1000 steps. Created as a student project @LABASAD for a course on open-source image generation.

First version. Trained on 19 custom 1024x1024 images with individual captions, 1000 steps, Replicate fast-flux-trainer (seed 68). Tip: use strength ~1.5 for scenes far from the training look (environments, action) to lock identity, and ~0.9 for studio-style shots or unusual accessories/poses to give the base model more freedom.
