From the multiverse plane known as Aethelgard comes KARA, leader and founder of the Miasma Medics.

Aethelgard is a medieval dark fantasy plane consumed by an unstoppable magical disease known as "The Pale Rot." In the swamps of Aethelgard, an order rises above traditional morality: the Miasma Medics. Kara is their founder and leader, an elf who discovered that the only cure for the end of the world is to control the disease itself. Her aesthetic, and that of her followers, combines the Victorian elegance of mourning with the starkness of clinical survival.
