Done for a bounty. I don't think I saw the episode she's in but it's a really neat design.

Notes:

• Some character built in characters(megumin for example)can overpower the LoRA.

• The dress generation isn't prefect but it works often enough in my testing.

• The bulb, hose, and hat can be a bit hard to get right.

• I'm not sure what the correct eye color or panthose color is based on the data I could find so manually prompt the color if desired or let the AI assume.

Default look: teal perfume strapless dress, atsugessho, long hair bare shoulders, earrings, green hair, elbow gloves, necklace, high heels, makeup,eyeshadow, green skin, forehead jewel, green pantyhose, ferrule hat, perfume bulb, red lips

Side note: I do take informal requests(basically a bounty that you don't have to pony up buzz for) if I like the idea(Tips are nice but not required since if it's a good idea then I'll get generation Buzz). Just leave a comment on one of my models or DM me. (Comments are preferred since that let's other people see that I'm actually fulfilling informal requests.) DMs are perfectly acceptable if your request is a bit out there and needs some image examples or something.
