这个 LoRA 会尽可能打开腿部让动作趋向于一字马。

触发方法是开头写触发词和体位分布，后续自然语言描述类似doing a standing split / performs a standing split，除开触发词外的第一句话（这很重要，决定能否触发lora）去精准描述一字马的动作。可以参考我上传的图片示例。我上传的图片还使用了我的另外一个裤袜 LoRA，裤袜 LoRA 0.8，一字马 LoRA 0.5，单独使用可以用 1，配合其他 LoRA 使用可以酌情降低各 LoRA 的权重。训练集中我也加入了一些 NSFW 相关的插入或者男女交互，可以使用 NSFW 的大模型进行自行探索。

这次我会上传两个版本。V1.0 是正式版，适配性和灵活性更好一点，适合大多数场景。V1.1 是我迭代更多的成果，对一字马动作的控制性会更强，但会一定程度牺牲灵活性，大家可以酌情选择使用。

English version:

This LoRA opens the legs as wide as possible and guides poses toward a full split.

Trigger: start with the trigger word and pose tag, then describe the action in natural language like "doing a standing split" or "performs a standing split". The first sentence after the trigger word (this is crucial — it determines whether the LoRA activates) should describe the split pose as precisely as possible. You can also check the sample images I uploaded for reference. The sample images also use my other pantyhose LoRA — pantyhose LoRA at 0.8, splits LoRA at 0.5. For standalone use, set it to 1.0. When combining with other LoRAs, feel free to lower the weights as needed. I also mixed in some NSFW insertion and male-female interaction shots during training, so feel free to explore with NSFW-capable models.
