Yusa Kashima is one of the main characters you can pursue. She is a girl with suicidal tendencies who suffers from a mental illness. Her parents are divorced, and she was raised by her father; however, her father took up a relationship with REIKA (real name: Orie), a cocktail waitress, and eventually remarried her.

Orie dislikes Yusa, and with her father neglecting her as well, Yusa repeatedly attempts to take her own life, only to be rushed to the clinic where the protagonist works each time.

At the start of the game, she does not open up to the player, but after being hospitalized for about 15 days during the game, she becomes abnormally close to the player and begins to seduce them. In order to provide her with proper treatment and reach the true ending, the player must resist her advances.
