You give it a subject, an environment, and a prop or lighting reference, and it places the subject into the environment with matched lighting, scale, perspective, and contact shadows. It reads three references at once, not one, which is what lets it build a full scene instead of a single edit. Identity is the priority: the face, skin tone, hair, makeup, outfit, and proportions carry over from your subject image while the pose and lighting change around them. A Lightning LoRA drops the whole thing to 4 steps, so a composite comes back in about 26 seconds. The result reads as one shot from a styled editorial shoot. No setup, no nodes to wire.
