When I tried to generate some video of zombies for my 80s horror showcase, I realized that Wan had no idea what walking zombies looked like.

So here it is! The first version of this ridiculously overfitting zombie walk lora.

Works best with wide angle shots. Crank the strength up beyond 1.0.

Minimax H3: Vanilla Minimax is not bad at zombie walk. But this happened to be one of my early tests, and I thought I'd share it. Effect in I2V is that it subtly slows down zombies. You'll notice for the same generation that they cover less distance with the lora. In T2V it alters the appearance. Works great with 1980s Horror Movies Lora. In the showcase you see 2 T2V with 1980s lora, 1 I2V and one T2V with only this lora.

Wan: If the zombies become talkative up front (mid shots and close ups) I found that adding "silently" to the prompt worked (at least for the seed I tested on).

Prompt example:

"the zombies walk in a shambling manner towards the viewer."

All training videos use variants of this prompt.

Edit: I have trained a low noise model, but didn't notice any significant improvements, so I will omit it.
