How do you use the Floating Gravity LoRA with Z-Image?

Load the LoRA, add the trigger word to your prompt, then describe what floats and where. Strength sets how strong the effect is: lower stays subtle and photoreal, higher pushes the whole scene into full weightless drift. Be explicit about the suspension with phrases like "hovering above" or "suspended mid-air."

Name your subject first, then describe the float. "Suspended mid-air," "hovering above the floor," "drifting upward." The more specific the suspension, the more believable it reads.

LoRA strength
Want a subtle lift that stays grounded and photoreal? Try 0.6 to 0.7. Want the full surreal, everything-adrift look? Push to 0.9 to 1.0. The catch: high strength can float things you wanted to keep on the ground. Try a few values and see what fits the shot.

Base setup
Z-Image BF16 at 30 steps and 4.0 CFG is a solid starting point. These are the same defaults our other Z-Image LoRAs run on, so you can leave them alone and focus on the prompt.

What is the Floating Gravity LoRA good for?

Surreal and conceptual work where weightlessness is the point. Floating product shots, dreamlike editorial, levitating characters, poster and album art, ad concepts. Anywhere you would otherwise need wires, rigging, or heavy compositing to sell the illusion of something suspended in the air.

Product and e-commerce: float a bottle, a sneaker, or a gadget above its surface for a hero shot with no rig to retouch out.

Editorial and fashion: a model mid-leap with fabric and hair drifting, or a full zero-gravity scene.

Concept and poster art: dreamlike, physics-bending compositions where the float carries the idea.

When to skip it: if you want a grounded, realistic scene, this is the wrong tool. Drop the strength or use base Z-Image instead. Shadows and contact points can fight the effect, so a floating object may still cast a shadow like it is on the floor. And piling several floating subjects into one frame gets chaotic fast.

FAQ

Do I need a trigger word for the Floating Gravity LoRA?
Yes. Add [TRIGGER WORD] to your prompt to switch the effect on, then describe the subject and how it should float. Without it, Z-Image generates as normal.

Does it work on Z-Image Turbo?
It is trained on Z-Image Base (BF16). It runs on standard Z-Image out of the box. Turbo compatibility can vary, so test at low strength first if that is your base.

Why is my whole image floating?
Strength is too high. Everything drifts when you push it toward 1.0. Bring it down to 0.6 to 0.7 and describe only the subject you want suspended.
