Euler/Simple does the job. I use the 4 step Turbo Lora or the 8 step one for fast generations and they both work well. Also like using something that helps with the synthetic skin quality like GrainScape UltraReal.

Prompting is also very important to get the results you want in Moss-image.

Since everyone has been posting male genital LoRAs that depict unrealistically large penises, here's a different option more grounded to reality, especially for larger body types.

Recommended resources: Fascium Krea 2 V1-2, uncensored/abliterated Qwen 3 VL, Wan 2.1 fp32 VAE. Settings: steps 8, sampler scheduler: sa-solver/simple (or EXPheun2x0/SGM Uniform if you don't mind the extra generation time). Er_sde or sa_solver/bong tangent for a i2i second pass/refinement run with denoise 0.25-0.45.
